My mother was given a synvisc shot in her knee and ended up in hospital for 2 weeks due to a bacterial infection! When I called to discuss with PA Martin , who administered tge shot, who acted suprised, even though the ER had contacted them for information!!!
He promised he would return my call but never did. Hence I called Dr. Pepper to discuss who blamed the hospital and gave no apology, no empathy fir the pain my 89 endured bed ridden for 13 days!

After my mother received the synvisc injection in her knee , she ended up being hospitalized for 13 days with a bacterial infection. When notified not even a simple apology.

I've had both knees replaced by Dr Pepper and received
great care. He was and his staff were very responsive when I had questions
or concerns. Should the need arise in the future for his services, I would go
back to him without hesitation and highly recommend him to others with joint
issues.

Robert Martin PA administered a synvisc gel injection into my mother’s left knee 5/22/26
She was admitted via the Er for 13 day stay with a baterial infection! She had to have a drain & surgery to remove the gel ( which was full of blood from rupturing a blood vessel during the procedure according to the surgeon ) my mother was a warfarin patient so this continued to bleed inside her knee.
Resulting in agonizing pain. A monthly later she is still using a walker and requiring PT.

Dr. Pepper is professional, listens, answers all questions, and has been my rock through several gel knee injections, thus preventing surgery.
I highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of orthopedic consultation.

Got my right knee replaced on 11/6/2025. Dr. Pepper did the left one a year ago. I started having issues with my right knee and based on our experience together I asked him to do the right knee. So far so good. He and his staff are awesome. Jax, his surgery coordinator, is awesome. She communicates well, does what she says and follows through!
